At VitalBPC157, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, simply contact us at contact@vitalbpc157.com. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll be happy to address the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
