VitalBPC157 Affiliate Program
Effective Date : June 10, 2025
Welcome to the VitalBPC157 Affiliate Program. This policy outlines the rights and responsibilities of all our affiliate partners. By participating, you agree to the following terms.
1 – Commission & Tracking
Affiliates earn 20% commission on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
Tracking is done via browser cookies valid for 30 days.
Commissions are paid monthly, after invoice validation, via your chosen payment method.
We reserve the right to adjust the commission rate with a 30-day prior notice.
Self-purchases do not qualify for commission. Any purchase made by the affiliate using their own referral link or personal coupon code will not be recorded or paid as commission.
This program is designed to reward affiliates for bringing in new customers, not for discounting their own orders.

2 – Responsibilities of Affiliates
As an affiliate, you must:
Disclose your affiliation in all promotional materials (as per FTC guidelines).
Avoid false, misleading, or unproven claims about products.
Submit drafts for pre-approval upon request.
Use only the official affiliate link or coupon code assigned to you when promoting.
Refrain from using your own code or link for personal orders (see section 1 above).

3 – Promotional Material
We offer official product images, videos, and pre-written content.
You may also create your own content, but it must be pre-approved by VitalBPC157.

4 – Termination
This agreement runs for 6 months, renewing monthly unless terminated.
Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
A breach of terms (e.g., false claims, fraud, or self-purchase misuse) can lead to immediate termination.
5 – Content Ownership & Usage
Affiliates retain ownership of their content.
VitalBPC157 may reuse affiliate content for marketing without further compensation.
6 – Confidentiality
Affiliates must not disclose any confidential business information, including but not limited to sales numbers, strategies, or internal documents.
7 – Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
In case of disputes, we encourage friendly resolution before legal steps.
