This policy governs the terms and responsibilities of all affiliates working with vitalbpc157.

1. Commission & Tracking

• Affiliates receive 20% commission on net sales made through their unique link or coupon code (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns).
• Tracking is managed via cookies valid for 30 days.
• Commissions are paid monthly via the selected method, after invoice submission.
• Vitalbpc157 reserves the right to adjust rates with a 30-day notice.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must disclose their partnership in compliance with FTC guidelines.
• Content must not contain misleading, false, or unproven claims.
• Affiliates agree to submit content drafts upon request for approval.
• Videos or posts must include the assigned affiliate link/code.

3. Promotional Materials

• Vitalbpc157 provides official product images, videos, and text upon request.
• Affiliates may only use provided materials or self-created content approved by Vitalbpc157.

4. Termination

• The agreement runs for 6 months, renewing monthly unless cancelled.
• Both parties may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
• Breach of terms may lead to immediate termination.

5. Content Rights

• Affiliates keep ownership of their content.
• Vitalbpc157 may use affiliate-created content for marketing purposes without additional compensation.

6. Confidentiality

• Affiliates must not share confidential data such as sales numbers or internal strategies.

7. Governing Law

• This policy is governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
• Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
