BPC-157 Nasal Spray – Research Grade

Required Materials:

• 1 vial BPC-157+TB500 (10mg)
• 10ml bacteriostatic water (provided)
• 1 sterile 10ml syringe with needle
• 1 empty 15ml nasal spray bottle (provided)
• Alcohol wipes
• Disposable gloves (recommended)

Reconstitution Process:

Step 2 – Draw bacteriostatic water

• Fill the syringe with 10 ml bacteriostatic water
• Gently tap the syringe to remove any air bubbles.

Step 4 – Transfer into spray bottle

• Using the same syringe, draw the prepared solution
• Transfer carefully into the nasal spray container
• Secure the cap and your spray is ready for research use.
• Perform 2-3 sprays into the air to prime

Usage Instructions:

Pre-Use Preparation:

1. Nasal Cleansing
   
   • Gently blow your nose with saline or clear water
   • Remove mucus and debris for optimal absorption
2. Spray Preparation
   
   • Gently shake solution before use
   • Check that tip is not blocked
   • Perform 1-2 sprays into air to prime

Correct Application:

1. Body Position
   
   • Tilt head slightly forward (45°)
   • Avoid tilting head backward
2. Insertion and Spraying
   
   • Gently insert tip into nostril (1cm max)
   • Aim toward outside of nose (avoid nasal septum)
   • Spray while gently inhaling through nose
   • No need for deep inhalation
3. Nostril Change
   
   • Repeat procedure in other nostril
   • Keep head tilted forward for a few moments

After Use:

1. Cleaning
   
   • Wipe tip with clean tissue
   • Replace protective cap immediately
2. Post-Application Precautions
   
   • Do not blow nose for 15-30 minutes
   • Allows optimal solution absorption
   • Slight stinging or sneezing is normal

Recommended Dosage: Follow established research protocol, typically 1-2 sprays per application.Typical research usage: 2–3 applications per day, according to the study protocol.

Before Reconstitution:

• Store in refrigerator (2-8°C)
• Protect from light
• Shelf life: 24 months

After Reconstitution:

• Refrigeration required (2-8°C)
• Use within 60 days (thanks to bacteriostatic water)
• Protect from direct light
• Do not freeze

Storage Tips:

• Label with reconstitution date
• Store upright
• Avoid shocks and vibrations
• Keep out of reach of children

Transport:

• Use insulated bag if necessary
• Avoid extreme temperatures
• Protect from impacts

⚠️ Important: Solution that changes color or becomes cloudy should be discarded

Q1: How many doses in one vial? A: Approximately 100 sprays with 10ml solution in the 15ml spray bottle (concentration according to your research protocol).

Q2: The powder doesn’t dissolve completely, what should I do? A: Let rest for additional 10-15 minutes at room temperature. Gently swirl the vial. If problem persists, the powder may be degraded.

Q3: I have stinging or sneezing after use, is this normal? A: Yes, mild stinging, sneezing, or temporary taste are normal reactions. These sensations usually disappear quickly. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use.

Q4: Why shouldn’t I blow my nose after use? A: Waiting 15-30 minutes allows optimal solution absorption. Blowing nose immediately may expel the product and reduce effectiveness.

Q5: What’s the correct head position? A: Tilt head slightly forward (45°). Avoid tilting backward as this would cause solution to flow into throat.

Q6: Which direction should I aim the tip in the nose? A: Direct toward outside of nose, not directly at nasal septum (central partition). This prevents irritation and minor bleeding.

Q7: The spray doesn’t work, what should I do? A: Check that tip isn’t clogged. Remove and clean it. Re-prime with 2-3 sprays into air.

Q8: How long before observing research results?  A: Initial results: 2-4 weeks. Optimal outcomes: 6-8 weeks with consistent protocols.

Q9: Can I use tap water for reconstitution? A: No, use only the provided bacteriostatic water. Bacteriostatic water contains preservative agents that extend solution stability.

Q10: The solution is slightly cloudy, can I use it? A: No, cloudy solution indicates possible degradation. Solution must be perfectly clear.

Q11: What if I forget to refrigerate after reconstitution? A: If left at room temperature less than 4 hours, immediately return to refrigeration. Beyond that, it’s recommended to discard the solution.

Q12: Can I share my vial? A: No, this product is intended for individual use only for hygiene and dosing reasons.
